HAYAD - Service Description
An additional service provided by SCFHS that aims to review the final decision issued by one of SCFHS’ administrations, either to rescind, amend, or ratified it. The concerned person may file a grievance after objecting the decision issued by the administration. The final decisions, including, but not limited to: Objecting to a classification or professional registration decision, training program rejection decision, imposing a penalty against a trainee or professional registration prohibition decision.
Service Requirements
- Issuance of a final decision for a health practitioner, trainee, or an organization that benefits from SCFHS’s services.
- Objection to the competent administration by submitting an e-ticket through the Tawasul system.
- The grievance shall be submitted within sixty (60) days from the date on which the applicant became aware of the decision being challenged.
- The applicant must have a direct interest in the issued decision.
- The applicant should not have a pending case before the court regarding the matter grieved.
- There should not be an adjudication imposed on the aggrieved regarding the matter grieved.
