Education and Training Executive Council

Education and Training Executive Council is a council for executive regulations and decisions related to accreditation, training and assessment consistent with SCFHS regulations and bylaws accredited by the Board of Trustees.

 

Objective:

Adoption of the education and training organizational and executive regulations related to accreditation, training and assessment consistent with applicable regulations.

 

Organizational Association:

Education and Training Executive Council is regulated by the Secretary General of the SCFHS.

 

Council Formation:

Education and Training Executive Council consists of specialized, experienced and qualified members including the Secretary General as the chairman.

 

The role of the Education and Training Executive Council:

  1. Participating in developing the strategic plan for healthcare training in SCFHS.

  2. Suggesting modification of the Training, Assessment and Accreditation Bylaws.

  3. Adopting the needed executive regulations for Training, Assessment and Accreditation.

  4. Adopting the standards and Key Performance Indicators and monitoring them to assure training quality.

  5. Adopting the establishment of the training programs.

  6. Adopting and modifying the training programs fees.

  7. Adopting the establishment of new scientific councils or committees.

  8. Adopting admission and differentiation requirements in the training programs.

  9. Forming standing or temporary committees to study assigned issues.     

  10. Discussing issues assigned to the council by the Board of Trustees or the Secretary General concerning Training, Assessment and Accreditation.
