1- Submitting a formal letter to the Saudi Health Society's Executive office including a request for establishing a new society.
2- Considering no similar society is existed either in SCFHS, or any other health or scientific institution in the Saudi Arabia.
3- The society shall be established by a decision of the Board of Trustees of the Commission upon the proposal of the Executive Council of the Health Societies of SCFHS.
4- After an approval for establishing a new society has been issued, a committee of 5 founding member must be formed by the society founders to be held responsible for all term of reference and procedures. The committee must assign one of its members to communicate with SCFHS as a committee reporter.
5- The work of the committee referred to in (4) shall end with the convening of the first general assembly to elect the members of the Board of Directors within a maximum period of 9 months after the decision to establish the society has been issued by the Board of Trustees. The Chairman of the committee must submit detailed report to the general assembly on the work done by the committee.
6- The Board of Directors shall be reconstituted every 3 years.
